By registering as a tutor or student on tutors.nextdisha.in, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our platform, including live tutoring sessions, recorded lectures, and related digital services.

2. Nature of Services

  • Tutors.nextdisha.in acts as a facilitator connecting students with independent tutors.
  • We provide a platform for registration, scheduling, and access to digital content.
  • We do not employ tutors directly; each tutor is responsible for the content and quality of their sessions.

3. User Responsibilities

Students

  • Must provide accurate registration details.
  • Must not share login credentials or paid content with non-registered users.
  • Responsible for ensuring internet connectivity and device readiness during sessions.

Tutors

  • Must provide accurate information about their qualifications and courses.
  • Responsible for delivering promised content (live or recorded).
  • Must not upload or share unlawful, plagiarized, or harmful content.

4. Payments and Access

  • Payments are processed via WooCommerce and linked gateways.
  • Students gain access to purchased courses or sessions only after successful payment.
  • Access is limited to the registered account and cannot be transferred.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.
  • No refunds are provided for completed or accessed digital content unless proven defective or inaccessible due to platform error.

6. Content Ownership

  • Tutors retain ownership of their uploaded content.
  • By uploading, tutors grant tutors.nextdisha.in a license to host and display the content to paid students.
  • Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view purchased content.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Attempt to hack, copy, or redistribute platform content.
  • Share paid video links or embed codes outside the platform.
  • Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

8. Platform Limitations

  • We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • Technical issues may occur; we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly.
  • Tutors.nextdisha.in is not liable for student-side technical failures (internet, device issues).

9. Privacy

10. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, including misuse of content or fraudulent activity.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The latest version will always be available on tutors.nextdisha.in. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
