1. Overview

At tutors.nextdisha.in, we connect students with tutors and provide access to online classes, live sessions, and recorded lectures. Since our services are digital and non-tangible, our returns and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting both students and tutors.

2. No Physical Returns

We do not sell or ship physical products. All services offered on our platform are digital in nature (live tutoring sessions, recorded video lectures, and course materials). Therefore, returns of physical goods are not applicable.

3. Refunds for Live Classes

  • Refunds may be considered if:
    • A tutor cancels the scheduled session and no rescheduling is possible.
    • The student faces technical issues from our platform side that prevent access to the session.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Student’s personal technical issues (internet failure, device malfunction).
    • Missed sessions due to student’s unavailability.

4. Refunds for Recorded Lectures / Digital Content

  • Once a student purchases access to a recorded lecture or digital course, the content is instantly accessible.
  • As digital content cannot be “returned,” refunds are not provided after purchase.
  • Exceptions may be made only if:
    • The purchased video is corrupted or inaccessible due to platform error.
    • The content delivered is materially different from the description provided.

5. Refund Request Process

  • Students must email support@tutors.nextdisha.in within 7 days of the issue.
  • The request should include:
    • Student’s registered email ID.
    • Course/session details.
    • Reason for refund request.
  • Our support team will review the case and respond within 5–7 business days.

6. Resolution

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
  • If rescheduling or alternate access is possible, we may offer that option instead of a monetary refund.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on tutors.nextdisha.in.
